Are you an experienced SAP consultant with strong Employee Central expertise? We're seeking an immediately available contractor to join our client's dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with particular focus on Time Off managementHandle mid-level client communications and requirements gatheringTroubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives for HR applicationsEnsure system alignment with organizational needsMaintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systemsRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and customizationStrong expertise in Employee Central Time Off moduleDemonstrated knowledge of HR processes and workflowsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors integrationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong client communication abilitiesMust-Have:Immediate availabilityPrevious contracting experience preferred5+ Years of experience in a similar roleAbility to hit the ground runningOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
