Responsibilities: Advise clients on medical aids, medical insurance and gap cover – both personal families and groupsAssist clients with the application processAssist clients with queriesEnsure CRM data is up to date and accurateYear-end & ad hoc client presentationsIdentifying and providing leads to colleagues in other service lines in the companyKeeping up to date with provider amendmentsRequirements: Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Administration / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment ManagementStrong administrative skillsSystems, policy, and industry knowledge1-2 years' relevant Employee Benefits/Healthcare work experienceFAIS/FICA compliantProficient in both spoken and written English, and at least one other of the official South African languagesComputer literacy (MS Office)Valid driver's license and own vehicleRecommended requirements:RE5Competencies: Customer ServiceCommunication skills (verbal & written)Problem solvingAttention to detailTeam player
