Administration of withdrawal/retrenchment claims.Assessment of documents in line with company standards and proceduresCorresponding with members or employers via mail, e-mail or telephonicallyCalculating benefits payableCompleting and submitting necessary statistical reportsCustomer queries relating to benefits and general enquiries in terms of the Pension Funds ActPreparing claims for payment of benefits on the Workflow and mainframe systems.Ability to prioritise and draw conclusions from dataSection 14 and Section 37c Work well under pressure and towards set deadlinesRequirements  MatricTeriary qualification advantagous Minimum of 1-year related experienceTyping 30wpm with accuracy of 90%
