EMEA Community & Content Creator Manager Location: Remote in EMEA (Preference in the U.K.) Dreamhaven is on a mission to become a leading global video game company that prides itself on creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences.
With two exciting games in the works, we're seeking a proactive, connected, and skilled Community and Content Creator Manager to join our growing team in EMEA.
As a Community and Content Creator Manager in EMEA, you'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and growing our communities and creator relationships - creating meaningful collaborations with influencers and creators interested in our range of up-and-coming games.
With a deep knowledge of the community and content creator space, a connection to influencers, and platform knowledge, you will directly contribute to the creation and execution of community-focused efforts.
You'll not only represent Dreamhaven's connection with players but also advocate for their needs internally.
You will report to the EMEA Player Communications Lead and work in a cross-functional publishing team of subject matter experts and passionate professionals.
What You'll Do: Influencer Relationship Management: Identify and establish relationships with influencers aligned with our brand and game genres.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with influencers globally to maximize reach and engagement.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns to promote our games.
Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Content Coordination: Coordinate content creation efforts with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and game features.
Provide influencers with necessary assets and information for effective promotion.
Contract Negotiation and Budget Management: Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers.
Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance and work to improve influencer campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for healthy improvement.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for influencers, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
Keep influencers informed about game updates, events, and other relevant information.
Organizing global travel and accommodation for creator events.
Community: Work together with the EMEA Player Communications Lead to build and nurture new game communities for our internal studios and third-party games.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the gaming industry.
Strong network of gaming influencers across EMEA.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Deep understanding of community building and management.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of current gaming trends.
Currently located in EMEA region, with a strong preference in the UK.

Dreamhaven's total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience, and is commensurate with the local market where this role is based.
Total compensation also includes equity, comprehensive benefits, and will also include profit sharing in the future.
