Electrical/Mechatronics Engineer - Renewable Energy Industry - R650K - R450K

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established renewable energy firm in South Africa with offices nationwide, is currently looking to hire an ambitious and innovative Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer who can join their successful team at their head office in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the company's projects, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems. They are looking for a forward-thinking individual with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.Responsibilities:Project planning and schedulingDesign and implementation of electrical systemsIntegration of renewable energy technologiesEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to achieve project goalsConduct technical evaluations and feasibility studiesTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issuesProvide technical support during the project lifecycleStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologiesContribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics EngineeringProven experience in electrical engineering projectsProficiency in relevant software and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of industry standards and regulationsExperience in renewable energy projectsFamiliarity with PV Plant Engineering DesignKnowledge of mechatronics principlesKnowledge of SANS-10142-1Project management skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentCommitment to maintaining high-quality standardsBenefits:Salary: R450K – R650K CTC per annum, negotiable
