Electrical Engineer

Design, develop, and manage electrical systems for building services projects, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure the integration of electrical systems meets project requirements and industry standards.Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within building designs.Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.Perform site inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure system performance and reliability.Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and standards to incorporate best practices into project designs.Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in building services engineering with a focus on electrical systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Qualification:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.ECSA Registered an advantage Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
