Job Title: Electrical Building Engineer
As an Electrical Building Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing electrical designs for building services, including:

Commercial projects
Data centers

You will:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Provide expert advice on energy-efficient solutions and innovative technologies.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and offer ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards.
Conduct necessary inspections and tests.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with in-house drawing staff and external contractors.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BEng or BTech Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience in the Building Services (Commercial, Data Centres, etc.)
Prof Registration: Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng will be an added advantage
