We are dedicated to helping businesses transform their document management processes through innovative software solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Executive with business analysis experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling physical document storage and software solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the records storage and management industry. This role will focus on driving sales of document storage and archiving software, digitalization solutions, and digital transformation platforms that enhance business process automation and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).ResponsibilitiesSelling all services offered by The Document WarehouseThe main focus will be on selling Electronic Document Management Solutions (EDMS)You will be responsible for selling to and supporting both end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market.Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers and partners.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Identify and target potential clients.Gaining a thorough understanding of the client's business and the industry in which they operate.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Identifying needs which the company can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals, and ultimately closing business.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.Understand the unique challenges and pain points of each client related to information management.Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Recommend and position software solutions that address these challenges and deliver measurable value.Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's unique enquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests.Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.Cold canvassing and cold calling to onboard new customers.Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel.Closing deals (80% of your time) but also some lead development and coaching of inside sales reps (20% of your time).Transferring deals to account management after closing.Setting up new sales approaches like data driven sales and partnering.Continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns related to software solutions.Must be strong in admin & must be able to compile tenders.Minimum RequirementsAt least 2 – 5 years' experience in a sales / new business development / business analysis within the software industry.Must have proven experience / track record in negotiating and closing deals / accounts.Must be able to communicate the technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how they will meet the client's needs.Ability to hunt for new business and source new leads (hunter) is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Able to design optimum solutions – creative and independent problem solving.Bilingual.Own Transport.QualificationsGrade 12.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Equipment/Computer KnowledgeExcellent computer literacy and good knowledge of IT systems.Previous ExperienceAt least 2 – 5 years' experience in a sales / new business development / business analysis within the software industry.Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
