About the job Ecosystem and Platform LeadMatric (Grade 12)Bachelors degree (minimum) withHonours or Masters preferredProven track record of managing important enterprise software partnershipsWide range of Technology platform certificates such as; Salesforce,Adobe, Google, Microsoft etcExcellent at building and maintaining relationships with technology partners, senior executives at client, as well as internally with team members and colleaguesExperience of 5+ years in a senior role with managing complex enterprise clients accounts and partnershipsA string understanding of enterprise software strategy, implementation as well as emerging trends technologyProven track record in reaching sales and revenue targetsExperience with driving and upskilling initiatives amongst teams (desired but optional)Responsibilities:Drive alignment across the different the CompanySong practices for market, industry and account priorities while working closely with other areas of the CompanyBe accountable for Song Africa technology partner salesAlign with different Song practices to track necessary talent plans and resourcing needsContinuously drive internal Song skills and certifications for key technology partnersOwn strategic GTM relationships alongside the GTM strategiesCollaborate with account leads to drive technology adoption within client environments
