Smollan Terms And Conditions General: In order for Smollan Holdings Proprietary Limited ("Smollan"), or any of its subsidiaries, to consider your application for employment at Smollan ("Job Application"), it will be necessary for Smollan to process certain information which you share with Smollan for the purpose of the Job Application, including personal information – which may include special personal information (all hereafter referred to as "Personal Information"). Consent: By consenting, you agree and voluntarily consent to Smollan's processing of the Personal Information for the purposes listed above relating to your Job Application, including to confirm and verify any information provided by you and carry out any relevant background checks, and you give Smollan permission to do so. Furthermore, you also agree that your Personal Information may be disclosed by Smollan to third parties, including Smollan's affiliates, service providers and associates. You understand that you are free to withdraw your consent at any time on written notice to Smollan.
