E-COMMERCE ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST SALARY: R 15 000.00 E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist will work with the E-commerce Manager and a small distribution centre team, while working closely and collaborating with the Marketing Manager and her team.
Time will be split between working in main warehouse and our ecommerce distribution centre.
In addition working with the ecommerce team, you will also be working with the retail warehouse team, distribution team, and third party couriers, as well as ecommerce customers.
Matric Essential Must have a working familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ecommerce order fulfilment is preferred.
Experience with Shopify, Posworx, uAfrica (now BobGo) is also preferred Strong working knowledge and experience on Shopify, Posworx ,Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Google collection of interconnected digital tools and services, especially Google Sheets and Google Analytics Google Ads (not required but beneficial) Facebook Ads (not required but beneficial) Driver's license and own transport is a MUST Main Responsibilities Expedite Order Expedite an order for which the web-shop has received payment Systems: Shopify; Posworx; BobGo Interface (previously, uAfrica) Dispatch Orders Send out parcels with the couriers Systems: BobGo interface; Dealing with couriers Pick and Pack Orders Physical picking and packing of orders Receive Stock into Retail DC Physically receiving stock into the Retail DC, from where it is processed for receipt into the Ecommerce DC Administer Returns Customer Service Representative (Orders): This title emphasizes the responsibility for resolving customer issues related to orders, such as missing items or incorrect sizing Unpack Transfers Unpack the stock received from the Retail DC Conduct Cycle Count Cycle counting is a counting solution that allows businesses to count a number of items in a number of areas within the warehouse without having to count the entire inventory, stopping production Conduct Stock Take Stock taking is the counting of on-hand inventory This means identifying every item on hand, counting it and summarizing these quantities by item There may also be a verification step, where the count results are compared to the inventory unit counts in a company's computer system Labelling, Barcoding and Warehousing Stock Barcodes are received from the Retail DC, and placed on stock by the Ecommerce DC Quality Control Stock (For Stock Receipt) QC of stock- Quality and against documentation (IBT) Quality Control Stock (For Stock Dispatch) QC orders for quality and accuracy Assist DC operations On an ad hoc basis, assist Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor with his duties PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN A WORD FORMAT INCLUDING A PHOTO.
