Job Title: E-commerce Operations and Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary:Data Capture, Customer relations, marketplace management and editing.
Our client is seeking a professional with experience in:

Data Capturing
Customer relations
Marketplace management
Editing

The ideal candidate will be:

Detail-oriented
Highly organized
Comfortable working with numbers

Responsibilities include:

Customer interaction and replies.
Inventory tracking.
Invoicing private and wholesale customer orders and tracking customer journey until delivery.
General data capturing and copy editing.
Makro Platform: loading products, editing, applying for promotions.
Takealot Platform: loading products, editing adverts, updating pricing.
Shopify Platform: loading products, editing, pricing updates.
Google Sheets: general data capturing and editing information.
General business quality and information control regarding adverts and websites.
Any Graphic Design or Canvas experience, basic editing of photos, is a bonus.

Requirements:Exceptional attention to detail and A-type personality organizational skills are a non-negotiable requirement.
Salary: R15,000 - R25,000 per month, depending on experience.
Location: De Waterkant, Cape Town.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
