Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding for both full-time, locum, and temporary positions.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills, preferences, and career goals, ensuring swift and suitable placements.
Fast-Paced Execution: Efficiently handle multiple roles and quickly adapt to changing client needs, sometimes placing candidates within a single day.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record of rapid placements.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
