A boutique hotel in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee operations during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all hotel operations during night shifts to ensure smooth running and guest satisfaction.
Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, handle late-night guest requests, and provide assistance as needed.
Monitor security measures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Perform nightly audits and prepare financial reports for management.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and guest comfort.
Handle emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner, following hotel protocols.

Requirements:

Own car and a valid drivers licence.
Recent experience in a 4/5-star hotel as a Duty Manager or similar role is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and financial reporting.
Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
