We are looking for a Duty Manager with experience working as a Night Auditor and GRO.

Matric + Hospitality/tourism qualification
3 years front desk experience
Protel software BONUS
Own reliable transport


Flexible to work night shifts
Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition
Oversee all Guest Relations processes
Assist in employee relations processes
Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor

START DATE: Immediately (ASAP)
Salary: R20k - R25k CTC
