Luxury Guesthouse – Oudtshoorn
A luxury guesthouse nestled in the foothills of the Swartberg Mountains is looking for a well rounded Duty Manager. Ability to speak German or Dutch would be highly advantageous.
Description:

a basic combination of receptionist and manager duties
Check-in and check-out of guests
Dealing with guest enquiries while on duty
Overseeing breakfast or dinner when on duty
Overseeing housekeeping when on duty
Logging maintenance issues when on duty
Work hours will be a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour break, with 6 off days in the month. Shifts either run from 06:30 to 15:30 or 13:30 to 22:30.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and guest relations
Experience in guesthouse or restaurant management
Basic computer skills (Office) – Nightsbridge will be a bonus
Driver's license and own vehicle – PDP or Code 10 will be a bonus
Fluent in English – German or Dutch will be a bonus
Able to work weekends and public holidays

Package on Offer:

R8 000 – R 12 000 dependent on experience and qualifications
