This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.
Description
Guest Relations: Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Reservations Management: Oversee room assignments, reservations, and cancellations to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Team Supervision: Lead and manage the front office team, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving problems amicably.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Training & Development: Train new front office staff, providing ongoing support and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
Opera PMS
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
