Duty Manager / Concierge

Apart-style Hotels in vibrant Sea Point seeks 3 Duty Managers (Concierge) to assist the team with the following duties but not limited to:
Manage the property whilst on duty
Arrange collection/ delivery of linen and communicate with outsourced companies.
Ensure smooth guest checkouts
Maintain control of daily operations through easy, quick, effective team communications.
Carry out inspections and demand room standards are adhered to.
Assist in-house guests timeously with any service requests and queries.
Prepare for arrivals and check all correspondence.
Ensure a sleek check-in process according to the procedures
Copy handover, read handover, update as you go
Create a daily Cleaning Schedule
Complete a daily Key Audit (Guest Keys, Spare Keys, HSK Keys)
Check all guest messages (Hostfully & WhatsApp)
Follow up on all Handover Notes and mark as DONE as you complete tasks.
Follow up on Maintenance Notes and mark REPAIRED as we complete tasks.
Assign cleaning tasks to teams
Ensure public areas are cleaned
Fulfill stocktaking duties
