The successful candidate should possess:
Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations.

Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, and Internal Control Procedures.
Ensure that the company operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa.
Responsible for ensuring that electronic bingo equipment is serviced, maintained and operational at all times, the complaints book is maintained and checking of pay-outs.
Ensure an understanding of the opening and closing procedures of the Branch.
Secure the premises prior to commencement of the clearance procedure and carry out clearance in line with Internal Control Procedures.
Ensure compliance with FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) Internal Rules.
Ensure compliance with the OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993).
Ensure a thorough knowledge on company security and surveillance systems and have an overall responsibility for the security of the premises.
Review daily reconciliations and reporting.
Deal with customers in a professional manner and ensure that all customer complaints are noted and actioned.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts as required.
Ensure management presence on the floor and manage staff in a professional manner by conducting regular meetings.
Ensure that company property and assets are well maintained including cleanliness and hygiene.
Complete and fill all required checklists and meet attendance requirements.
