Position: Documentation Manager PositionLocation: GqeberhaDuties & Responsibilities:Export Documentation Management: Accurately process and complete all export documentation in compliance with local and international regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificates, PPECB Export Certificates, Certificates of Origin (COOs), and other related documents.Shipment Tracking: Monitor the status and progress of shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.Follow-Up & Coordination: Actively follow up on the progress of documentation, including courier approvals, bill releases, and other critical milestones to ensure timely and accurate completion of export procedures.Documentation Status Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their documentation and shipments, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, shipping lines, and relevant internal departments.
