Are you someone who can: Implement document enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queries.Ensure that documents are professionally and attractively laid out according to corporate identity.Show a strong aesthetic sensibility when it comes to document layout and visuals.You will be an ideal candidate if you can: Accurately create and update documents in the internal system from various sources.Verify and cross-check document structure for accuracy and completeness.Organize, manage, and maintain electronic files across development environments.Review and process high volumes of documents within strict deadlines.Perform quality control checks to ensure data and document structure integrity.Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all document records are up to date.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet project targets.Willingness to work overtime when deadlines require this.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you: Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in document processing, data entry, or similar roles.Ensure accurate verification of systems post-change.Manage programming incidents to provide efficient support, aligned to SLA's and agreed standards.Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate and needed.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
