Are you someone who can: Implement document enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queriesEnsure that documents are professionally and attractively laid out according to corporate identityShow a strong aesthetic sensibility when it comes to document layout and visualsYou will be an ideal candidate if you can: Accurately create and update documents into internal system from various sourcesVerify and cross-check document structure for accuracy and completenessOrganize, manage, and maintain electronic files across development environmentsReview and process high volumes of documents within strict deadlinesPerform quality control checks to ensure data and document structure integrityAssist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all document records are up to dateCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet project targetsWillingness to work overtime when deadlines require thisYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you: Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in document processing, data entry, or similar rolesEnsure accurate verification of systems post changeManage programming incidents to provide efficient support, aligned to SLAs and agreed standardsContinuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate and neededApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
