EARTHMOVING DIVISIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR with Minimum 10 Years' EARTHMOVING Industry experience* Batchelor's Degree in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT or related field* Provide overall Direction within the guidelines set out by the CEO.* Direct & Manage Operational activities within the assistance of a Network of Specialists & Managers to drive Profitability & Sustainability* MINIMUM 10 Years' experience in a SENIOR LEADERSHIP Roles within the EARTHMOVING Industry* STRATEGY/FINANCIAL / OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT / HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT /MARKETING STRATEGY & BRAND DEVELOPMENT* Knowledge of the MINING & CONSTRUCTION Industry Earthmoving Parts/Machine Application Assessments will be an ADVANTAGE* WILLING TO work outside of south Africa, THEREFORE TRAVELLING* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
