ResponsibilitiesIn charge of looking after day-to-day operationsQuick response to driver's problems i.e., customers refusing stock, truck breakdowns etc.Liaising with planners to add loads.Manage drivers working hours as well as rate my delivery KPIs by calling drivers and customers.Compiling distribution reports required for DPO (Distribution Optimization Process)Attending mandatory meetings with drivers.Conducting trade visits to check on customers and drivers. SkillsStrong Excel skills & knowledge of other Microsoft Office AppsStrong interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressureAble to work overtime and on weekendsDemonstrates strong leadership skillsMobile and willing to learnAble to deal with conflict Minimum Requirements3-year Tertiary Degree / Diploma, preferably in supply chain and or logistics.2 years experience in a customer service role within an FMCG Supply chain and or logistics.Valid code 8 drivers licence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.SAP experience will be preferred.
