Distribution Administrator

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and dedicated Distribution Administrator who would like to be part of the team.Purpose Of The JobThe purpose of the Distribution Administrator is to ensure the operational success of the department accurately and timely.Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The FollowingAttend to all department queries:Ensure that all queries received are resolved and acknowledged within 48 hours.Distribution Preparation:Make sure cue sheets are always available for processing.Make sure month-to-date reports and music lists are available for processing.Make sure that no duplicates are downloaded.Prepare broadcast schedule to ensure it has data relevant to the distribution period.Statements Preparation:Preparation of statements on time.Sending files to process on BO.Upload TXT or MDB reports on the specific DSP Backoffice FTP.Log in on the back-office system using the DSP credentials.Identify and import the files from FTP per service and period into the BO system.Minimum Qualifications, Experience And KnowledgeAdvanced Excel.A minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.3 years' work experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Eager and ability to adapt to the latest technologies.Exceptional data analysis skills will be an added advantage.Knowledge of the music business will be an advantage.Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.Reliable and good with numbers.If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.Desired SkillsExcel.Data Analysis.Communication.Customer Services.Interpersonal skills.Time management.Organisational skills.
