JNR DISPATCH CO-ORDINATOR - Manufacturing Industry* Matric* Minimum 2 Years' working experience in the   MANUFACTURING Industry* Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English* Computer Literate* Maintain workflow by motivating Drivers and Vehicle Loading   Assistants to work correctly and at fast speed* Keep record of Absentees* Ensure Staff are wearing Protective clothing* Assisting in Planning Routes & Loading activities* Ensure Products are checked for deviations  from Quality   Standards* Ensure Goods are delivered on time* Check and Verify all Dispatch Documents* Check POD's returned by Drivers* Filing of Dispatch  documents* Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by   Management/Supervisor* Take responsibility for Equipment & Stock loss/damage due to   gross negligence* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
