Dispatch Clerk - Maternity Relief

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate invoicing of customer orders by verification of product and quantities against pick slips and loading lists.
Ensure the retrieval and sending of correct COAs (Certificate of Analysis) as applicable to manufacturing customers.
Ensure completeness of delivery documentation prior to signing out deliveries, e.g.,

Delivery note
Tax Invoice
Pallet documentation
COA

Ensure completeness of POD documentation by checking completed delivery documentation returned by transporters.
Assist with stock takes as and when required.
Order accuracy.
Customer claims related to incorrect stock or incorrect quantities.
Timeous and accurate processing of product-related customer claims.
Timeous and accurate recovery of losses from transporters.
Delivery accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

Matric
Minimum 3 years in the role
Experience within the manufacturing industry
