QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 Diploma in logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field. EXPERIENCE 1 years work experience in a similar role KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Knowledge of the FMCG industry is critical System orientated and able to work on a ERP SKILLS REQUIRED Customer service, data entry, computer skills. Manage and controll subordinates KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS) Responsibilities includes: Invoicing of stock when truck is loaded (Collections) Balancing loading and picking papers (System pickings) to Invoicing Ensuring FIFO is handled correctly with pickers. Balancing morning counts to system (Day shift) Capture internal orders (Night shift) Transfer Chep pallets on system. Receiving, capturing and checking of stock. Issuing of stock to production. Daily office activities include: filing, reconciling, scanning, printing, data entry and processing paperwork. Assist with cycle/stock counts. Working directly with Loading Supervisor. Time and attendance registers kept up to date for shift. Following up on over/short load queries. Other tasks as may be required from time to time. You may be required, from time to time, to work reasonable and acceptable overtime over weekends and public holidays. Manage and control Chep pallets leaving the factory at night Ensure scanner checklists are done and report on deviations Ensure forklift check sheets are done and report any deviations Housekeeping Ensuring that floor area is clean and tidy at all times. Ensure area allocated is always clean and tidy. Assisting in maintaining housekeeping standards.
