Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and employees.
Relationship with district management
Relationship with hubs management
Actively involved in additional stakeholder communication forums
Communication skills (e-mail)
Participation in query resolution
Relationship with other support partners
Relationship with Medipost & PUP team

People Management

Management of attendance & time keeping of staff
Management of absenteeism & leave management
Staff performance management
IR knowledge and implementation
Teambuilding initiatives
Optimum staff utilization
Knowledge of HR processes
General housekeeping of offices/facility/scanning stations
Adherence to Travel Policy & optimum cost saving

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics/Distribution/Freight/Courier or Supply Chain Management.

Experience:
1 to 3 years in a Junior Management role.
