About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operating Room Integration Solutions to lead our efforts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating room technology, integration solutions, and a deep understanding of the EMEA healthcare market. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption and implementation of Caresyntax's solutions in the region.
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the strategic plan for operating room integration solutions in the EMEA region.Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform strategic decisions.Drive the adoption of Caresyntax's solutions across the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Business Development:Lead business development efforts to expand the market presence of Caresyntax's operating room integration solutions.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and industry partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.Product Management and Integration:Work closely with product management and R&D teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the EMEA market.Oversee the implementation and integration of Caresyntax's solutions in operating rooms, ensuring seamless integration with existing technologies and workflows.Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.Sales and Marketing Support:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in sales presentations during tenders.Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and other resources to support business development activities.Customer Success and Support:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.Work with the customer success team to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.Must have prior experience in the MedTech/ HealthTech/ SaaS sectors.Must have a strong cross-country network to MedTech, HealthTech, and care providers in at least 3 countries (Germany, Switzerland, France, UK).Extensive experience in ORI with a strong understanding of the EMEA healthcare market.Track record of successfully managing sales pipelines, teams, and complex multi-year deals.Nice to have: Proven track record in solution selling (i.e. SaaS + service/ consulting) in a consultative sales role and deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies, including needs analysis, solution development, and value-based selling.Strong project management and communication skills.Analytical mindset to drive strategic decision-making.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Passionate about helping clients increase value and achieve their business goals.Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.English and German are a must; more languages (French, Arabic) are preferred.At Caresyntax, we believe diversity goes far beyond checkboxes on a hiring form.
