About the role: As the Head of Operations, you will take a leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the agency's internal processes. Your responsibilities will include streamlining workflows, managing project timelines, ensuring effective communication across teams, and driving operational excellence.
Experience in digital marketing agencies, particularly within the home services niche, is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be leading a team and liaising with clients.
What you'll be doing: Lead and optimize all internal operations, ensuring seamless workflows and efficiency across the agency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational processes and drive overall business growth. Oversee the use of project management tools like Asana, Zapier, and ClickUp, ensuring they support high-level agency objectives. Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide strategic decisions and adjustments in operational strategies. Drive the implementation of productivity tools and systems, ensuring they align with the agency's goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the agency's offerings, ensuring alignment between operations and client expectations. Who we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in operations management within a marketing agency. 7+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in the digital marketing or home services sectors. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong experience with CRM software and advanced project management tools like Asana, Zapier, and ClickUp. Expertise in KPI management and operational strategy development. Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the home services niche is strongly preferred.
