This key leadership role focuses on driving growth through distribution channels, enhancing market penetration, supporting sales, and ensuring sustainable business development.
What you'll do: Design and implement a comprehensive market development and management strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.Lead the creation of innovative tools and capabilities to support effective worksite management.Identify and manage prospective business opportunities within worksites.Develop and implement a targeted customer engagement strategy for new and existing worksites.Obtain a deep understanding of target markets, report back to the business, and ensure strategies are responsive to market changes.Work closely with channel heads to ensure successful implementation of worksite management strategies.Develop management information capabilities to monitor worksite development activities.What you bring: A minimum of 10 years industry-related experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive market penetration and business growth.Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Proven ability to deliver results through effective strategy execution.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.What sets this company apart: Our client is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with their employees.
