Key Responsibilities Utilize your intimate knowledge of Southern Africa and International destinations to curate exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Handle client inquiries and bookings promptly and professionally, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Provide information on travel, facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules. Facilitate the quoting and booking of all travel arrangements, including special requests for complex itineraries. Demonstrate confidence and expertise when communicating with both local and international clients. Manage client relationships throughout the travel planning process, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail. Ability to work independently (work from home environment, remote or office/s as required). Marketing Oversee the design of marketing materials for our platforms (website and social media accounts). Develop and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms. Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends. Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals. Job Type Full-time
