Director of First ImpressionsReference: DOFI/HORWe are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to serve as Director of First Impressions at a growing insurance agency located in Florida, USA.As the first point of contact for clients and partners, this position requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting our team.Key Responsibilities:Call Management:Answer incoming phone calls by the third ring with a professional and friendly demeanor.Manage multiple simultaneous calls efficiently by placing callers on hold and returning promptly.Triage calls by asking relevant questions to determine the appropriate team member or action needed.Payment Assistance:Assist callers in making payments either through our system or by forwarding them to the appropriate insurance company.Billing Support:Address basic billing inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.Daily Administrative Tasks:Access insurance company websites to review daily activity reports.Assign activities to team members based on workflow priorities.Claims Processing:Follow the established claims process, which includes:Entering claims into Agency Zoom automation.Monitoring and documenting claims activity.Closing claims in Agency Zoom when marked as closed by the insurance company.Additional Duties:Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in insurance or financial services).Skills:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems, insurance portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Agency Zoom or similar automation tools is a plus.Attributes:Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.Detail-oriented and reliable.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Additional Requirements:A functional Windows desktop computer or laptop (not MacBook).A fast and stable internet connection, minimum download speed of 20mbps.Provision for load shedding.A quiet, distraction-free workspace.Available ASAP.How to Apply:If you are interested in joining our dynamic team, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and skills to ******.
