Director Of Field Operations (Expat)

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Field Operations to lead and manage field operations across multiple regions.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for scaling impactful programs.Responsibilities:Operational LeadershipOversee field operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.Develop and manage annual and quarterly work plans, budgets, and KPIs.Supervise regional teams, fostering collaboration and coordination.Address operational challenges with proactive solutions.Coordinate logistics and resources for construction and expansion needs.Track performance indicators and prepare reports for senior leadership.Process Improvement and Financial OversightCollaborate with internal teams to assess data, identify improvement areas, and implement actionable plans.Refine standard operating procedures to align with strategic objectives.Optimize supply chain and resource allocation in coordination with procurement teams.Team Development and Capacity BuildingMentor field management teams, providing feedback and development opportunities.Establish KPIs and oversee performance reviews to ensure accountability and program delivery.Coordinate with HR to deliver tailored training programs.Foster collaboration between operational teams and government officials.Strategic Planning and Stakeholder CollaborationProvide insights for strategic planning to align ground-level realities with organizational goals.Act as a liaison between field operations and headquarters, ensuring aligned priorities.Cultivate relationships with government agencies, partners, and stakeholders to enhance program delivery.Identify and pursue innovative opportunities to strengthen field operations.Key Skills:Proven expertise in scaling multi-site operations, particularly in resource-constrained settings.Strong project and process management capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation.Data-driven mindset for program evaluation and operational innovation.Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.Collaborative experience with government programs and public-sector initiatives.Resilience and adaptability to thrive in complex, dynamic environments.Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and mission-driven leadership.Qualifications:Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in program or field operations management.Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
