As our Digital Training Manager, you'll spearhead M-KOPA's ambitious digital training initiative, a cornerstone of our sales strategy. With cutting-edge infrastructure at your fingertips, you'll design and implement innovative learning solutions that empower tens of thousands of salespeople across five markets. You'll be accountable for driving measurable improvements in the effectiveness of M-KOPA's training platform and will work with an international team of training professionals to ensure we are delivering the right solutions for each of M-KOPA's five operating markets.

Primary person accountable for optimising M-KOPA's digital academy platform
Design and oversee the delivery of onboarding and continuous training to more than 20,000 sales agents and staff across M-KOPA's five markets
Manage the training curriculum and learner journey to maximise learning and commercial outcomes
