JOB TITLE
Digital Traffic Manager
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
To multitask at a high level whilst maintaining relationships both internally and externally. To be able to utilize Chase 100% including tasking, timesheets, whiteboard & cost vs hour management per resource. To equally share all accounts managed & maintain the highest level of quality throughout. Creative management and skill allocation per brief. Pitch & Logistic Management across the board. To ensure a smooth and consistent running of the overall Traffic Department and effective resource management to meet team/client demands. Planning and scheduling of projects within time and budget constraints. Manage projects to a high standard that reflects the creative output of the Lead Employer. To manage all administration (estimates, timing plans, etc.) and attend/arrange all project meetings/briefings as required. Communicate project status/potential problems with solutions to teams in a timely manner. Anticipate and be proactive in facilitating the smooth flow of projects through the agency to meet the teams/clients expectations. Take ownership of projects 'from cradle to grave' and show leadership and passion throughout.

Project Management
Effective resource management to meet team/client demands

Client Service
Work closely with relevant account and creative teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams' expectations
Work with account teams to understand the clients' brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of the brand
Ensure all members of the team follow the correct procedures/agency processes, and communicate any changes to/breaches of them
Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments within the agency
Business Management
To drive all daily business activity toward the achievement of account profitability
Ensure financial administration is of a high standard and dealt with on time
Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines, and communicate issues immediately to team
Prioritization of work load to ensure team demands are met and managed
People
Build relationships with and between the team to aid efficient communication and collaboration
To develop skills and knowledge within yourself through on the job development, active participation in the agency and department
Provide feedback to Creative Director regarding improvements that could be made to the department and agency.
Create clear development plans for yourself and set out to achieve your goals
Has actively supported and involved team members at the appropriate time to resolve issues and encourages all members to look for collaborative ways to make the Lead Employer a great place to work at
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a traffic role
Extensive knowledge of the industry and how systems and procedures need to be put in place according to each client and their needs
Maintaining a high quality control at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS
To have mastered the art of multitasking
To efficiently and effectively manage and coordinate diaries & workflow of all requirements
Problem solve and crisis manage
To plan work 30 days in advance on all accounts
Prioritize briefs, accounts and workflow
Epson machine management
Chase scheduling /tasking /whiteboard /Timesheet management & pulling of reports
REQUIRED BEHAVIOURS
Must have a passion for people, systems and processes and overall a can do attitude
Must be consistent in management of accounts as well as overall structure and people skills
