Job Description
As a strategic Media Lead at PopiMedia, you will provide strategic media insight, thinking, and direction for the clients you work on. You need to be experienced in putting together client proposals for paid social strategy, geared around client KPIs which are primarily lead generation.
You should possess strong communication and client service skills. You will need to brief in accurate and insightful briefs to your campaign managers.
You will need to work closely with campaign managers to ensure campaigns are performing and work with your clients to recommend improvements, give insights, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
It will be your responsibility to own the delivery and quality of digital projects for your clients based on your deep technical understanding of the client, brands, intricacies & nuances of the client, digital landscape, and trends.
You will be responsible for the following:
High level ownership of full digital accounts.
Presenting best-in-class paid social media strategic proposals and recommendations to clients ensuring KPIs are delivered.
Managing the day-to-day client relationship and ensuring best-in-class client service and satisfaction.
Overseeing delivery against agreed Client / Agency strategies, proposals, and briefs.
Adding value to the client's business by identifying opportunities to improve current practices and campaign performance.
Deep understanding of how data and insights can be applied to enhance campaigns.
Management of client expectations and service delivery by being a focal point for day-to-day interaction.
Identifying client growth opportunities matched to market and digital/social trends.
Business Skills:
Ability to think strategically and commercially and show client true return on investment.
Excellent understanding of paid social media strategy.
Strong presentation skills – verbal and written.
Broad understanding of all communication disciplines.
Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
Be able to effectively apply digital understanding to the creative process.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level.
Marketing qualification preferable.
Digital agency experience essential.
Excellent understanding and passion for new technology, digital, and social marketing.
Paid Social media strategy experience.
