With 109 manufacturing sites, and 12,000+ employees, we are the Global #1 for prime labels.We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our production team.The purpose of the Digital Press Operator is responsible for supporting the goals of the plant in the efficient operation of a digital press, printing labels to specification, and assuring that quality is being maintained in a consistent manner.
The RoleIn this exciting and varied role, you will:Operating a digital printing machine to complete client orders in accordance with our high level of customer service standards to achieve targets & timeframes.Responsible for the printing process on a HP Indigo web press to specifications and standards of quality.
KPI target of 100% Material and Labour Conversions and a cost-effective approach to all print work.
Preventative maintenance on the machine with a strong safety focusCheck all components & report any maintenance requirementsQuality standard practices & maintaining quality assurance recordsTraining responsibilities & coordination of duties to Assistant Printers.To succeed in this role, you will require:Experience with the following print technologies: HP Indigo Digital HP level1 training will be an advantage.Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage Quality driven and attention to detail.
Willingness to work overtime and / or shifts.
