Digital Marketing Team Lead

Key Performance Areas:The Digital Marketing Team Lead is ultimately responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the digital marketing strategies for the various Beekman Group Companies and Resorts. The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be tasked with analysing user experience data, initiating digital marketing projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. The Digital Marketing Team Lead must be innovative and social media, web and multimedia savvy. Ultimately, the outstanding Digital Marketing Team Lead should have a firm grasp of the various digital marketing touchpoints, steer our organisation's digital marketing narrative, and drive highly effective digital marketing campaigns across all digital marketing networks and platforms.Position Requirements:Matric or Grade 12 equivalent5 Years relevant working and management experienceStrong analytical and project management skillsStrong numerical and Excel skills essentialHands on experience with online marketing tools and practicesExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to multitask and work under pressureDigital Marketing Qualification or experience essentialPerson Requirements:AnalyticalDynamicMeticulousPerformance drivenSelf StarterOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
