This role involves managing SEO, paid advertising, social media, website updates, CRM, email marketing, and analytics.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on digital marketing expertise to drive initiatives aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Management: Conduct keyword research, develop and implement SEO strategies, monitor performance.Paid Advertising: Plan and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).Social Media: Develop strategies for brand awareness, create content, and track analytics.Website Management: Update the website using WordPress, collaborate on new features.CRM and List Management: Manage customer databases, segment lists, execute CRM strategies.Email Marketing: Design campaigns, analyze performance, implement improvements.Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics for insights, track traffic and campaign success.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Certification in Google Ads or Analytics (advantageous).5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in financial services.Proficient in SEO, advertising, social media, WordPress, CRM; basic programming skills are a plus.Key CompetenciesStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and implement effective strategies.Client-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative.This position is ideal for a digital marketing professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Location: Bellville.Salary: R42 000 - R55 000 p.m (depending on experience)Starting date: As soon as possible.
