About the role The main purpose of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities: Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Create and optimize digital content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, technology, and consumer behavior.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for digital marketing optimization and improvement.
Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.
Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to stakeholders and management.

Requirements Matric.
Degree in Marketing.
South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and messages.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, such as social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Microsoft Office Suite, and internet research.
Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights from digital marketing metrics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to brainstorm ideas and contribute to digital marketing campaign development.
