Objective: We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital media, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions. - Set performance goals, metrics, and benchmarks for digital campaigns. Digital Channel Marketing - Manage and optimize website, social media, email, mobile, and other digital channels. - Develop and implement content marketing strategies. - Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Advertising and Media Buying - Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). - Manage media budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure ROI. - Develop and maintain relationships with media partners. Analytics and Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. - Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring. Teamwork Collaboration - Work closely with sales, store management, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and align strategies Skills and Requirements Essentials - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or a related field. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and trends. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital tools. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Desirables - Experience with marketing automation platforms - Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). - Experience with team management and leadership.
