About the job Digital Marketing CoordinatorKey purpose:To develop, manage, and execute integrated digital advertising campaigns and strategies for each division within the company group that align with the sales and marketing objectives to acquire and retain clients.Duties and responsibilities:Develop, manage, and execute integrated digital advertising campaigns and strategies with the aim of acquiring and retaining clients.Recommend and manage the conception, implementation, tracking, and measurement of online advertising campaigns and marketing activities.Manage multiple advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).Manage and escalate queries and complaints to ensure overall customer satisfaction.Manage and oversee external agencies to develop and execute digital marketing objectives.Work alongside internal divisions to develop strategies to meet their marketing and sales objectives.Ensure that the organization's brand and identity are adhered to in all campaigns and communication channels.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform the digital marketing strategy.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in digital marketing.Stay abreast of the dynamicity of advertising platform changes and developments to the benefit and performance of campaigns.Brainstorm new and innovative growth ideas for online advertising campaigns.Manage the production and distribution of digital marketing assets.Write, edit, and proofread copy for posts and digital campaigns.Monthly reporting and analysis of digital advertising campaigns and important digital metrics to measure campaign ROI and evaluate the performance of existing campaigns.Identify and evaluate campaigns to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ads.Monthly report on campaign spend and payments to third-party providers to properly track advertising spend.Qualifications and experience:BA Degree in Marketing or related certifications & qualifications.3+ years of experience in managing a company's digital marketing.Proven experience within a business-to-business environment.Required skills:In-depth understanding of the digital ecosystem, online marketing tools, and social media platforms.Strong knowledge of Google (Adwords and Display Network), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
