If you're ready to take on a dynamic role and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!Apply now!Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.Content Creation:Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, and copywriting).Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.Community Management:Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback.Engage with followers to foster a positive community and enhance user experience.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, engagement rates).Use data insights to refine and improve future social media strategies.Advertising and Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.Innovation and Collaboration:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.Experiment with new content types, formats, and strategies to keep the brand relevant.Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to expand reach and credibility.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.1-2 years of proven work experience as a digital marketing coordinator or similar role.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in running social media ads and campaigns.Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong project management skills.
