THE OPPORTUNITY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the OPTRON Group marketing strategy and operations by driving and optimizing digital marketing channels (i.e. website, newsletters, social media etc.) and successfully promote OPTRON Group technologies and solutions by increasing client engagement and lead generation through enhanced brand visibility and effective digital marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.Work closely with the GMs and segment managers to support the development and execution of comprehensive digital and social media marketing campaigns, aligned with the overall business objectives.Liaise monthly with the different subsidiary teams to understand the monthly digital marketing needs.Generate creative and compelling written content for social media and blog posts.Stay up to date with product launches, campaigns, and promotions.Source relevant marketing materials from OEMs and localise where needed.Work with relevant parties to come up with proactive and creative content ideas.Liaise with our agency/developer to ensure effective content management and website enhancements.Digital Marketing Support Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and SEM.Analyse digital marketing data and provide insights to optimise campaign performance.Community Building
Foster and nurture online communities, encouraging user-generated content and interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
A degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Social media marketing, or a related field.1-3 Years' experience in Social Media management, digital marketing or a similar role.Proficient in social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and WordPress.Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and SEM.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.The successful candidate must be able to align with the OPTRON core values as follows:
