Job Title: Digital Marketing and Design SpecialistSalary: R110 - R120 p/hJob Type: 10-20 hrsLocation: RemoteAbout the Role: Remote Recruitment is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Design Specialist to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for creating and managing internal marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital assets, and managing our online presence. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital design, email marketing systems like Mailchimp, and who thrives in a dynamic, remote-first environment. Your creative input will directly impact our communication strategies and help drive customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated email templates (e.g., birthday emails, product updates, welcome emails, annual reports).Manage the entire email marketing process, including automation setup, design, and delivery.Develop and improve internal digital assets (email footers, PowerPoint presentations, websites).Oversee Montra's website, making design enhancements and updates as needed.Produce monthly FX updates for clients in a predesigned format (previous FX experience preferred).Manage and grow Montra's LinkedIn business page by developing a content plan, writing daily posts, and ensuring consistent engagement.Requirements:Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.Strong digital design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and website management.Experience with financial services marketing, particularly in FX (foreign exchange), is a plus.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Equipment Needed:Stable internet connection.Personal computer with necessary design software (Adobe, etc.).
