Together, we manage the websites for automotive dealers across Africa.Your daily work will involve advising and assisting customers with their online presence and digital marketing strategy, including building websites, running social media and Google campaigns, and launching marketing initiatives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage digital customer relations and proactively assist customers by understanding their needs to enhance their online presence and performance.Optimize the company's website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.Assist in launching new websites, predictive marketing campaigns, and daily support requests.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.Create engaging content for customers and internal use, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing.Analyze campaign and website performance metrics, implementing data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, website performance, user experience, and ROI. Provide monthly reports and insights to customers to evaluate marketing effectiveness.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and effective marketing approaches.Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and tools, recommending innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital presence.Desired Experience & QualificationsMatric; additional diplomas/degrees in marketing, business, or design preferred.Experience in digital marketing, PPC, copywriting, and design.Interest in web design; knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus.Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.Automotive industry experience is advantageous.Able to create and maintain client relationships.Interested?Our aim is to help you build a successful career with us.We focus on building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
