Key Responsibilities:
Manage the digital team, the daily outputs and targets.
Manage creative and content productions, social media marketing, brand partner relationships, and digital output aligned to revenue targets and brand building.
Develop digital marketing strategies to support eCommerce and stores.
Consult with brand partners to support product buys and design campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
Liaise with eCommerce manager to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with seasonal and tactical communication priorities as well as online sales/revenue targets.
Work with Brand Marketing manager to ensure appropriate support for in-store communications and activations.
Manage performance strategy, development, and execution of digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google and manage ongoing optimization solutions.
Work with additional digital media partners to identify additional campaign, content, or sales opportunities.
Track and manage the digital marketing budget and provide actionable reporting to internal and management teams.
Analyze data, consumer behavior, opportunities, and trends identified and implemented to drive the brand forward.
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Digital marketing experience is a MUST, with more than 3+ years as a Digital Manager.
A proven track record of great digital work and strategies.
Skills:
Good knowledge and experience of digital, mobile, and social media environments.
Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies and media tactics.
Ability to interpret web analytics, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to present strategies and marketing plans; excellent written grammar and spelling.
Strong experience in managing brand CI and tone of voice.
Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Collaborative, innovative, and flexible across multiple projects.
A retail/business mindset and flair for fashion.
An eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
