Key ResponsibilitiesManage the digital team, the daily outputs and targetsManage creative and content productions, social media marketing, brand partner relationships and digital output aligned to revenue targets and brand buildingDevelop digital marketing strategies to support eCommerce and storesConsult with brand partners to support product buys and design campaigns to drive awareness and salesLiaise with eCommerce manager to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with seasonal and tactical communication priorities as well as online sales/revenue targetsWork with Brand Marketing manager to ensure appropriate support for in-store communications and activationsManage performance strategy, development, and execution of digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google and manage ongoing optimization solutionsWork with additional digital media partners to identify additional campaign, content, or sales opportunitiesTrack and management of digital marketing budget and provide actionable reporting to internal and management teamsAnalysis of data, consumer behaviour, opportunities, trends identified and implemented to drive the brand forward.RequirementsA Relevant tertiary qualificationDigital Marketing experience is a MUST, with more than 3+ years as a Digital ManagerA proven track record of great digital work and strategies.SkillsGood knowledge and experience of digital, mobile and social media environments.Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new digital technologies and media tactics;Ability to interpret web analytics, tracking and reporting;Excellent communication skills: Ability to present strategies and marketing plans; excellent written grammar and spelling.Strong experience in managing brand CI and tone of voiceAbility to problem solve, make decisions and meet deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced, high pressure environmentCollaborative, innovative and flexible across multiple projects.A retail/business mindset and flair for fashionAn eye for detail and exceptional organisational skillsTo confidently influence and persuade at all levelsBehavioursEffectively considers the diverse needs of various stakeholdersApplies market and business insights in order to drive organisational objectivesConveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful mannerUnderstands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customersInterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsResilience and emotional maturityProven leadership and people management ability.Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.About UsWho we are is because of our people.
